The best transportation in PV!!!!!!
I am usually a person who travels alone, in March I have to visit Puerto Vallarta and I always look for private transportation, to feel a little safer in a destination that I have not visited. I found this company and I liked the opinions that travelers have written, booking by email was very easy, they answered all my questions quickly. They would send me information about where they would wait for me with my sign and that was it, the staff was right outside the door with my name on their sign, they directed me to the car and they offered me FREE water and beer!! The driver was absolutely professional and spoke English very well, I felt very comfortable and safe. I simply recommend this company for the wonderful experience they have, the prices are not high, it is worth spending a little more if what you are looking for is security and trust. INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE
Booking with them was very easy, they responded to emails very quickly, there was always excellent communication with the company, one day before my arrival at PVR they sent me an email to confirm my service, they also gave me instructions on where they would be waiting for us. Everything was as they said, the staff was there with a banner with our name, they were friendly! They welcomed us with water and beer, and the driver offered us FREE TEQUILA SHOTS! The vehicle was very clean and the driver was an excellent guide, he told us about Vallarta and gave us many recommendations. BOOKING WAS SUPER EASY, THEY ANSWERED THE EMAILS WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, THE DRIVER WHO TOOK US TO THE HOTEL WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE GAVE US INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA AND RECOMMENDED MANY PLACES, THE VAN WAS NEW AND CLEAN. Punctual and Great Service
I found Vallarta Riviera on TripAdvisor. I was able to schedule the pick up and drop off time via WhatsApp. Carlos got to the airport early and had sings waiting for us. Great communication, appreciate the fast responses via WhatsApp. I speak little Spanish and appreciated their excellent English. Good price relative to other professional airport transfers, perfect service. Carlos was a friendly and helpful driver. Comfortable but not extravagant car. Great Driver who really knows the area!
Jose Manuel was our driver. He was very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. We hired him several days while we were in Puerto Vallarta. We were amazed with his knowledge of the area and each trip was filled with new adventures that we never would have seen had we been on our own.
